Our story
Complete Mind Care was founded by a clinician who had already done something rare in psychiatry: built and led a 35-location TMS practice, among the largest in the country. After seeing how many patients with treatment-resistant depression and OCD were being failed by medication alone, our founder set out to build a different kind of practice on Philadelphia's Main Line — one organized entirely around the treatments that change lives.
Today, Complete Mind Care of PA brings FDA-cleared BrainsWay Deep TMS, Spravato, expert psychiatry, and therapy together under one roof, across two offices in Villanova and Horsham.
Our mission and approach
Our mission is simple: help people who have run out of options feel like themselves again. We do that by leading with evidence, treating the whole person, and removing the obstacles — especially cost and coverage — that keep proven care out of reach.
Our approach is collaborative. A patient who starts Deep TMS may also see a psychiatrist for medication and a therapist for talk therapy, all coordinated by one team. We measure progress, adjust quickly, and never default to a single tool because it is the only one we own.
