Talk therapy that actually moves the needle.

What is psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy — talk therapy — is a structured, evidence-based way to understand and change the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that keep you stuck. Our clinicians use proven approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and supportive therapy, matched to your needs and goals.

Therapy is powerful on its own and even more so combined with interventional treatment. Many patients pair therapy with Deep TMS or medication to build lasting skills while their symptoms lift.

Evidence-based modalities we offer

We match the approach to you and your goals, drawing on the therapies with the strongest research behind them.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Identify and reshape the thought and behavior patterns that fuel depression, anxiety, and stress.

Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)

Focus on relationships, roles, and life transitions to lift mood and improve connection.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Build skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness for intense feelings.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Explore deeper patterns and past experiences that shape how you feel and relate today.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to help process trauma and reduce its grip.

Supportive Therapy

A steady, validating space to work through grief, change, and everyday overwhelm.

Therapy that fits your life

We offer individual, couples, and family therapy, so the work can include the people who matter most. Sessions are available in person at both our Villanova and Horsham offices and by secure telehealth where clinically appropriate — so distance, a packed schedule, or a tough week never has to mean missing care. Many patients pair therapy with Deep TMS or medication management, all coordinated under one team.
